For this exclusive attic penthouse with breathtaking lake views, we were responsible for the complete new build consultation as well as the full interior design and furnishing concept. The goal of this project was to create a timeless, elegant living environment that seamlessly connects architecture, location, and interior design.

From the early planning stages, we closely accompanied the construction process with a strong focus on spatial flow, material selection, and functionality. Generous layouts, clean lines, and carefully planned sightlines enhance the sense of openness and allow natural light to flood the space, emphasizing the unique qualities of this penthouse apartment.

The material concept is defined by refined, high-quality, and durable finishes. A contemporary herringbone parquet floor adds warmth and sophistication, while marble-look stone surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms create a calm and luxurious atmosphere. The expansive surfaces and minimalist design language underline the exclusive character of the penthouse.

The custom-tailored furnishing concept was designed in harmony with the architecture – from the kitchen and living areas to the private rooms. Carefully selected furniture, a soft and neutral color palette, and a well-balanced lighting concept result in a cohesive, elegant interior that reflects modern luxury living.
