This project was a full reconstruction of 3apartments for an investor wanting to rent out the units. Since this was an investment object we were given a very strict budget and hence had to find cost efficient solutions of uplifiting the apartments. We were involved in the layout and design as well as the material selection. The kitchen was extended with some units to get more storage and all cabinets were replaced with new doors but the main parts were kept. Furthermore, we changed the flooring and lighting. The goal was to keep the old charme of the building but still to achieve a modern look.
